		<description>Totally agree with your statements here but feel that the biggest bun fight will be between established players teleco&#039;s, hosting companies and Datacentre providers will move up from the infrastructure layer in to services, at the same time Software Vendors, (Oracle, Microsoft, SAP), ISV&#039;s (Moving from Client Server Model to SAAS) and Managed Services Companies will be moving down from the application layer to compete in the Cloud services Space. nnAny New Comers would have to invest heavily in a declining margin market to create new customers whilst the established incumbents will not have to invest heavily just change their business models.</description>
